Super nice day. New dive spot. Was looking for a ling that I spooked. I was behind a Rock. Then I saw her. Got back behind the rock only had one band on. So under water loaded another band. Slowly poked back out staking the fish. Looking away but pointing gun at her. Let it rip. Okay shot in the belly. But didn’t go threw. Had to swim after it trying multiple times to get the spear threw her. Flopper just barely holding on. Finally got her under control all on one breath hold. In 25’ of water. Crazy!
